Thirty kilometers south of Tianfu New District, China's first theme park, Legoland, will open in 2023. The introduction of this phenomenal park will lead to the comprehensive development of the surrounding new area, and Global Unicom has taken this opportunity to lay out 1,000 acres of land around Legoland to build a large cultural tourism and future living complex - Global Unicom Future City.
Different from the traditional small and exquisite display area, Global Rongrong Future City firstly combines with the 20-hectare central park in the upper plan to build a 120,000 square meters permanent open experience park - "Hi-Park": not only to meet the demand of the near future sales, but also to present the real park scene in the future in advance.

Hi-Park is not to replicate an existing city park, nor to build a regular community green space, nor to pile up an enlarged version of the sales office backyard garden. Instead, just like Lavalette Park in the 1990s which stimulated the development of the 19th arrondissement in the far suburbs of Paris, Hi-Park is to serve as a green engine and catalyst for the development of the large community of Huanrong Future City, to stimulate the flow of the population, to hatch the culture of community and to promote the derivation of the city. Promote urban derivation.
The design of the park is centered on the three elements of fun experience, humanistic socialization and ecological sustainability, integrating a variety of activity venues into the circular space of different scales to form the overall framework of the park, emphasizing the strong participation of the park with people, the strong penetration of nature, and the strong connection with the city.

Nine fields are set up inside the park, one of which is an immersive three-dimensional parent-child play space with cheese as the IP, designed and built by Jigao, and the visual impact brought by the high color difference and irregular shape of the melted cheese has also become the axial focal point of the park from the inside of the sales office, forming a spiritual landmark with great eye-catching power.
Cheese Paradise is a recessed children's activity area of nearly 3,000 square meters, which is an immersive three-dimensional parent-child play space using cheese and colorful red ribbons as IPs, and taking advantage of the difference in elevation of the site, combined with slides, climbing nets, climbing, drilling barrels and other playground facilities.

The collaboration between Jegoplay and IF, Cheese Land, is a bold reconstruction of a landmark site that blends in with the natural landscape and creates a focal point of perspective after in-depth research into the habits of parent-child interaction.
The yellowish color of the cheese, full of holes, has a warm and mellow flavor not inferior to chocolate. When cheese is used as the main concept of the parent-child play space, the chemistry of food, vision and emotion is blended to create a personalized space design experience.

Passing through the sunny lawn to reach the children's activity area, the rainbow-shaped climbing net realizes a three-dimensional connection from the entrance to the function area, and through the circular space to realize different angles of the view.
Here can provide children with climbing, crawling, drilling, sliding with nearly 12 types of interactive play space, but also through the rich color collocation to create a child's dream space, so as to stimulate children's imagination and creativity. A paradise for children is also an activity venue for adults. Here, owners and children explore the world together.
The 120,000 square meter park, presented in less than a year, is not only a time challenge, but also the constraints of construction resources (epidemic control, supply delay), site conditions (earthwork, demolition and relocation), etc. It is the culmination of joint efforts of many parties, and an extremely fast case of one-time development of a real estate demonstration area function combined with a large-scale permanent municipal park .

Hi-Park follows the strong experience of the future Legoland in terms of function. At the same time, Hi-Park provides a flexible framework for the further extension of the Central Park to the north in the future. It is a temporal landscape prototype that responds to the development needs of the new urban area and catalyzes the derivation of the future humanistic community.

Here, the sunny life of the lake and the city is interwoven into this scene of light and shadow. The installation of the park's play area is characterized by "a piece of melted cheese", with large and small playful holes decorated on a yellowish background, transmitting bouncing beams of light to the summer shade at the side of the park, just like a small, leaping cheese paradise, which adds a delicious taste of outdoor life to the park.
